Would incorporating this mindful view of your life help you?

I saw this idea on Bravegirlsclub’s website today, a different way to look at life and I’m putting out a challenge to all of you: What would your life be like if you saw everyone and everything in your life as if it was the first time you saw them?  Such as, seeing all your love ones with awe and excitement as you may have on your first day with them.  Seeing every sunset as if it was your first one.  How different your life would be if you mindfully saw things this way and really appreciated everything!  Wouldn’t you be more motivated everyday and more excited to be alive?  Just food for thought…
